Responsibilities & Context:
  • Answer incoming calls professionally and transfer them to the right department
  • Greet and assist walk-in clients & visitors warmly with a friendly, helpful attitude
  • Keep the reception area and customer lounge clean and welcoming
  • Handle administrative tasks - emailing, booking confirmations, note-taking, and appointment scheduling
  • Prepare daily client and booking reports for management
  • Assist in preparing daily & monthly financial reports
  • Manage social media pages, reply to travel inquiries, and post promotional content
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing
  • Diploma in Computer
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
  • Graduate in any discipline (HSC can also apply)
Experience:
  • 1 to 4 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Travel Agent, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Tour Operator
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Only Female
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Event Management, Embassies/Foreign Consulate, Consulting Firms, Travel Agent, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Manpower Recruitment, Overseas Companies, GSA, Tour Operator, Immigration/Visa Processing
  • Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.
  • Minimum 1 year experience as a Front Desk Executive / Receptionist (Travel, Hospitality, or Corporate sector preferred).
  • Experience in a travel agency, airline ticketing, or tourism company will be given priority.
  • Must be comfortable in professional business attire (office address).
  • Excellent communication skills in both English & Bangla.
  • Must be Proficient in Computer Operation.
  • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Team player and able to follow company hierarchy.
  • Smart, confident, and customer service-oriented.
Skills & Expertise:Basic computer skill,Customer Support/ Client Service,Good behavior,Good Communication Skill (Bangla and English)
