Responsibilities & Context:Greeting and welcoming clients, customers and visitors courteously and professionally.Handle the front desk and maintain visitor records.Inform guests of policies during the check-in processRelay information to guests, such as hotel rates, services, hoursMake reservations, confirm reservations, and cancel reservations if neededEnsure guests are in appropriate roomsVerify guests payment methodsDeliver room keys, give guests directions to their roomsMaintain records of guest room bookings compute guests' bills and post chargesManage administrative chores and organisational tasks.Create a welcoming, professional environment for clients and customers.Managing the reception area and ensuring the office is neat and tidy.Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member/department.Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.Taking care of general everyday tasks like scheduling appointments, organising files and maintaining office supplies.Pick up mail, packages, and documents for guestsMeet with housekeeping staff regularlyMaintain a positive attitude at all timesGo over all guest payments and charges during check-in and check-out as neededTell housekeeping when clients vacate roomsMonitor guest's visitors to the hotelEnforce hotel rules and regulationsReport emergencies to the authoritiesKeep an orderly front desk and reception areaEducation Requirements:
  • HSC
  • Diploma
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
HSC,Diploma in Hotel ManagementBBA / Honours / MastersExperience:
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Individual/Personal Recruitment
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 40 years
  • Only Male
