Responsibilities & Context:JAMS GROUPJams Group, an ISO 9001:2015 certified conglomerate with diversified business interests in real estate, properties, automobile, trading, import, construction, and design & interior sectors, is looking for a Front Desk Executive. Applications are invited from the deserving candidates for this position.Job Responsibilities :Mail Management including Courier, Incoming Call receiving & forwarding, Office Management Letter dispatching both incoming & outgoing and send to concern person on time.Operate telephone, PABX, answer call and transfer to the concerned Person.In charge of all front desk operations.Coordinate the Vehicle schedule management.Assist to HR & Admin department.Keeping message of the officers/ staffs in their absence.Necessary Support providing to the administration as deemed appropriate.Maintaining Daily officials In and Out time & Maintain the Registers.Manage front desk, communicate with the guest properly, receive incoming telephone calls, receive documents from other office etc. & any other job related to reception.Coordinate with management team & other departments as per requirement.Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing systemAny other responsibility directed by the ManagementEducation Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 25 years
  • Only Female
Skills Required: Excellent communication skill, Receptionist/ Front DeskShould be Smart, Decent & Well PresentableHeight should be minimum 5 feet 2 inch.Must be good in written and oral communication - both in English and Bangla.Candidate should be proficient in using Computer & MS Office.Compensation & Other Benefits:Mobile billLunch Facilities: Partially SubsidizeSalary Review: YearlyFestival Bonus: 2 (Yearly)
