Responsibilities & Context:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in driving sales growth, building strong relationships with retail partners, and expanding our customer base. If you have a proven track record in field sales, excel at meeting targets, and are passionate about engaging with customers, we'd love to hear from you!Responsibilities:Onboard new retail customers and promote company products.Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.Guide customers in installing and using the company's mobile application.Proactively identify and approach potential customers in the field.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail partners.Conduct regular market visits to gather customer insights and feedback.Submit daily reports detailing sales performance and market activities.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Diploma

Experience:

1 to 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Wholesale, Retail Store, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Departmental store, Grocery shop

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 20 years
Only Male
