Responsibilities & Context:Built and maintain a successful relationship with customers.Maintain composure and patience in face-off difficult customer situations.Keep customers informed of progress during the issue life cycle and make follow-up calls or communications in a timely manner.Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.Adhering to Incident Management procedures.Ability to prepare reports, documentation and provide formal training to users.Perform the duties & responsibilities to a high professional and ethical standard and Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in any discipline
