Must have basic computer knowledge (email, internet browsing, file management, basic troubleshooting etc).Must have good typing speed.Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.Basic skill in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.You should have the willingness to learn new things and improve yourself.Bonus Skills:If you have experience in Facebook Live or product presentations (in front of a camera), please mention it in your CV. You will receive extra remuneration for tasks related to these skills.Responsibilities & ContextUrgent HiringKey Responsibilities:

Responding to customer inquiries via phone calls, Facebook Messenger, and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner. Following up with customers.
Receiving and processing orders (from our online platforms).
Maintaining records in the database (Excel sheet).
Posting on social media.
Performing additional duties as assigned by the department (if need) to make sure we're giving the best service possible to our customers.
