Responsibilities & Context:Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in freight forwarding (Air & Sea).Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective client acquisition and retention.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, agents, and business partners.Negotiate rates, contracts, and service agreements with clients.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of shipments.Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and present to management.Lead, motivate, and guide junior sales staff.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Masters

Experience:

5 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Freight forwarding

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 30 years

Strong knowledge of international trade, import/export procedures, and customs regulations.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English.Ability to work independently and lead a sales team.Proficiency in MS Office.Strong professional network in shipping & logistics industry will be an added advantage.Skills & Expertise:Data Management,lead generation,MS Office,Sales & MarketingCompensation & Other Benefits:
