Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a resourceful and skilled candidate for the position of Sr. Content Writer. The position demands a dynamic individual with high proficiency in the English language and a good understanding of digital marketing. You will be responsible for creating and completing writing and content projects for all internal, corporate, and marketing needs in close collaboration with cross-functional partners and under the supervision of a line manager.Job Responsibilities:Follow guidelines of the line manager to implement communication strategies aligned with the organization`s goals and objectivesDetermine, craft and convey key messages to the target audiences through appropriate communication channelsOwn different writing projects and through effective collaboration with various cross-functional teams complete each project within the deadline.Create engaging and persuasive content for various communication channels, such as press releases, articles, blog posts, website content, social media updates, and marketing collateralHelp realize social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the target audienceTrack and measure the effectiveness of communication initiatives using appropriate metrics and analytics toolsCollaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, HR, and Operations to ensure alignment of communication efforts with overall organizational strategiesStay updated on industry news, media coverage, and emerging trendsFoster a collaborative and positive work environment, encouraging professional growth and developmentComplete writing projects, meet deadlines and follow content requirements in terms of style and project specificationsCollaborate with the content and digital marketing team to fulfill all SEO and digital marketing needsCarry out keyword and other required research using SEO tools and deliver content accordinglyMaintain and optimize content of multiple websites in different nichesEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Journalism
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Marketing

Must have excellent academic records

Experience:

At least 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Software Company, IT Enabled Service

Strong written and verbal communication skills to deliver messages to multiple stakeholders, teams, departments and external stakeholders
High proficiency in both English and Bangla languages
Knowledge of social media, email marketing, SEO, and other digital marketing tactics to promote the organization's message and brand
Experience developing and executing strategic communication plans that align with business objectives
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, partners, and external stakeholders
Ability to translate complex technical information into simple, understandable language

Native-level English proficiency
Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English

Tech savvy, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of technology
4 years of experience in communications, journalism, or a related field
