- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to identify and attract potential customers.
- Leverage data analytics to identify target markets and generate new leads.
- Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all necessary steps are completed efficiently.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients to nurture relationships and identify new leads through existing clients.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to pinpoint areas needing improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement service enhancements based on customer feedback.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, product, tech team, data, new business team and customer service teams to ensure cohesive operations.
- Provide valuable insights to support the achievement of overall business objectives.
- Monitor and report on key sales metrics and performance indicators to assess strategy effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to enhance loyalty and maximize retention.
- Effectively negotiate terms and close deals, addressing objections to ensure a smooth sales process.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 1–3 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or fundraising (experience in fintech, investment, or crowdfunding will be an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting.
- Target-driven with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
