Responsibilities & Context:Labaid is the leading healthcare brand in Bangladesh. We are inviting applications from experienced professionals for following full-time position.Responsibilities:Design & implement policies of corporate security (including - internal investigations, workplace violence, contract guard force, crisis management etc.).Ongoing review of existing security, and initiate new programs at all facilities nationwide.Lead the Crisis Management and Disaster Management initiatives.Provide leadership to support service staff through recruitment and supervision.Orient and train the personnel on a routine and regular basis to ensure efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.Maintain organization`s stability and reputation by ensuring ongoing regulatory compliance.Keep constant contact and liaison with the Local Authorities, Govt/Semi-Govt Organizations to ensure compliance, and to create advocacy on behalf of the organization.Supervise all activities related to safeguarding, maintenance and management of assets.Perform any other tasks assigned by the Top Management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience:

At least 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Hospital, Diagnostic Centre

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 50 years

15 years of relevant experience with a large reputed organization;Retired Mid-level Official from BD Armed Forces or BD Police will be given preference;Strong and proven leadership, administrative and negotiation skills;Self-motivated, dynamic and capable to work under pressure;Strong Communication skills in English and Bengali;Able to use MS Office suit (MS Word, MS Excel) and email.Compensation & Other Benefits:Attractive salary & benefits as per company policy
