Responsibilities & Context:Adex is seeking a dynamic, dedicated, and organized professional to join our team as Coordinator of Sales, focusing on customer communication, sales support, and operational coordination across departments.Key Responsibilities:Serve as a communication bridge between the sales team, customers, and internal management to ensure smooth operations.Prepare and process product delivery documents, securing necessary approvals in a timely manner.Coordinate with the delivery department to ensure on-time product delivery to customers.Monitor and follow up on payment collections, maintaining accurate records.Compile and present periodic reports on sales performance and payment collections.Track stock levels regularly, maintain inventory records, and raise requisitions when minimum stock levels are reached.Manage product replacement processes efficiently when required.Organize and coordinate internal meetings, training sessions, and other events.Maintain attendance and leave records of employees and provide accurate reports to HR as needed.Any other coordination related work assigned by the HOD.Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System

Experience:

At least 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Manufacturing (Light Engineering and Heavy Industry), Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 23 to 40 years
