Responsibilities & Context:SEO Strategy & Execution:
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page/off-page SEO strategies to improve website rankings.
  • Optimize existing content and create new SEO-friendly content in collaboration with the content team.
  • Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Manage local SEO for the company's physical locations, including Google Business Profile optimization.
Website Development & Maintenance:
  • Manage the company's website (built on WordPress) to ensure optimal performance, UX, and visual alignment with the brand. Independently handle minor development updates.
  • Ensure the website is mobile-responsive, secure, fast-loading, and up to date.
  • Implement tracking codes, landing pages, and forms for lead generation and campaign tracking.
  • Regularly audit the website for bugs, broken links, or outdated content.
Paid Advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn):
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads (Meta), and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Develop targeted ad strategies for lead generation, brand awareness, and remarketing.
  • Create campaign briefs, define budgets, select audiences, and monitor performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Continuously test and refine ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. e. Generate monthly ad performance reports with actionable insights.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization:
  • Monitor KPIs across SEO, website, and ad campaigns.
  • Analyze user behavior and conversion paths to improve performance and ROI.
  • Create dashboards and regular reports for the marketing team and management.
  • Use insights to refine future campaigns and website changes.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with content creators, graphic designers, and sales teams to align messaging and campaign goals.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices relevant to the interior design and architecture industry.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Experience:
  • 2 to 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
