Design visually compelling content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook,
TikTok)
Create offline marketing materials such as X-banners, leaflets, and posters
Design graphics and UI elements for the website
Collaborate with other teams to create pitch decks, company profiles, and presentation
materials
Create eye-catching, hookable designs in Bangla for ads and product promotions
Must have strong knowledge in Photoshop, Canva, and Illustrator

Video Editing:

Edit short-form and long-form videos for social media
Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and branding elements
Adapt videos for different platforms and formats (portrait, square, landscape)
Create smooth transitions, stylish subtitles, and graphical effects for ads
Have knowledge of creating compelling product promotional content, including
voiceovers and strong storytelling

Additional Job Requirements:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or similar tools
Ability to create clean, modern, and brand-consistent visuals
Experience with social media content creation and trends
