- Ensure full compliance with all government and international regulations.
- Maintain effective communication and foster strong relationships with both local and international clients.
- Establish and sustain professional correspondence with overseas recruiting agencies and partner companies.
- Supervise the customer service team, ensuring smooth operations and effective resolution of client issues.
- Prepare, manage, and securely maintain all official documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Regularly coordinate with Civil Aviation, BAIRA, MOE, BOESL, and other relevant authorities to ensure proper coordination and compliance.
- Oversee and manage the full operations of the Travel Agency Division.
- Supervise visa processing team for tourist, business, work, and immigration visas.
- Ensure compliance with embassy/consulate rules and international travel regulations.
- Lead contracts and negotiations with airlines, hotels, and service providers.
- Manage and optimize OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms and digital booking systems.
- Ensure efficient use of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) for ticketing and reservations.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff in visa and travel operations.
- Monitor travel industry trends, embassy updates, and OTA innovations.
- Develop strategies to expand travel services, increase revenue, and strengthen client relationships.
- Bachelor/Honors
- Candidates with exceptional expertise or English medium background may also be considered.
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Candidates with exceptional expertise or English medium background may also be considered)
- At least 2 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Travel Agent
- Age 25 to 40 years
- Manage and optimize OTA (Online Travel Agency) platforms and digital booking systems.
- Ensure efficient use of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, etc.) for ticketing and reservations.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a reputed Travel Agency (OTA/GDS experience Must)
- Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a reputed travel agency as Manager/Head of Operations.
- Strong expertise in Visa Processing Management for multiple destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Schengen, Middle East, etc.).
- Advanced knowledge of OTA platforms (Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
- GDS expert (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar).
- Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
