Join our dynamic team to shape the future of travel!Role OverviewWe seek a highly experienced Senior Tour Package Asst. Manager to design, manage, and execute end-to-end tour packages. You'll own the entire process - from itinerary creation and vendor negotiation so logistics, costing, and on-ground delivery. Leadership, innovation, and a passion for seamless travel experiences are critical.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate & Manage Tour Packages: Design competitive, innovative packages (e.g., ASEAN combos, island-hopping tours, Himalayan circuits).End-to-End Execution: Handle research, costing, bookings, operations, and post-tour feedback.Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and local partners.Quality Assurance: Ensure flawless delivery and resolve issues proactively.Team Collaboration: Mentor junior staff and coordinate with sales/marketing teams.Market Analysis: Track trends and adapt packages to traveler preferences.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • 5 to 6 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, IT Enabled Service, Travel Agent, Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate, Developer, Importer, Power
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 30 to 40 years
Experience: Minimum 5 years in a travel agency/tour operator role, with proven expertise in creating and managing international tour packagesPortfolio: Demonstrable experience with multi-country packages (e.g., Singapore-Malaysia-Thailand, Maldives-Sri Lanka, Bhutan-Nepal).End-to-End Skills: Mastery of package lifecycle - design, costing, operations, and delivery.Leadership Mentality: Ability to lead projects, solve problems independently, and guide teams.Maintain corporate directives in matter related to human resources manpower, policies and proceduresCandidate must be capable to handle travel agency independently.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of visa processes, regional logistics, and travel trends.Skills & Expertise:Market Analysis,Product Costing and budgeting,Quality Assurance,Stakeholder Management,Tour and Travel Agency,Visa ProcessingCompensation & Other Benefits:Mobile billSalary Review: YearlyFestival Bonus: 2As per company rulesCompany Information:As one of the leading companies in Bangladesh, we are committed to improving lives and building a better future.
