- Operational Oversight: You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of all business operations, including visa processing, flight ticketing, hotel bookings, and package tours. You will also supervise the end-to-end process for sending employees abroad, from recruitment and medical checks to visa stamping and orientation.
- Client & Consultant Relations: You'll build and maintain relationships with local and international clients and foreign recruiting agencies. A key part of this role is leading our customer service team and ensuring client issues are resolved promptly.
- Documentation & Compliance: You will prepare and maintain all necessary paperwork, contracts, and documentation. You will also be the primary point of contact for relevant authorities like Civil Aviation, BAIRA, MOE, and BOESL, ensuring all operations comply with government and international regulations.
- Team Leadership: You will organize and manage the office team, providing training and guidance to develop staff skills. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, ensure cost control, and effectively manage resources.
- Business Development: You will create and execute online and offline marketing strategies to expand our client base. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies for new tour packages and recruitment services.
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
- A Master's or Bachelor's/Honors Degree is required.
- Any professional or training certifications are a plus.

- Age 30 to 45 years
- Only Male
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the travel industry is essential. This experience should be in areas such as Travel Agency, Manpower Recruitment, Tour Operator, or Immigration/Visa Processing.
- A deep understanding of all travel services, including visa processing, ticketing, package tours, and medical tourism.
- Proven experience in managing both individual and corporate clients.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English.
- Proficiency with travel industry-specific software is preferred.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
- A strong customer-focused mindset with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
