- Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear, prompt, and professional communication.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding file status, service instructions, and general support.
- Relay client concerns, updates, and feedback to the appropriate department (e.g., Dispatch, Affidavits).
- Track client-specific instructions and ensure they are implemented throughout the service cycle.
- Provide proactive updates to clients on file progress and important milestones (e.g., dispatched, attempted, served).
- Ensure all client communication is logged accurately in the Pipedrive.
- Identify and escalate urgent issues or client dissatisfaction to management when needed.
- Assist in building client trust and satisfaction by providing timely resolutions and consistent follow-through by assisting the Scrubbing Team move the file along.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company's services, workflows, and the Rules of Service to effectively assist clients.
- Bachelor/Honors
- At most 4 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, Law Firm, Call Center, Third Party Auditor (Quality, Health, Environment, Compliance
- Age 20 to 50 years
