Responsibilities & Context:Identify target audiences, objectives, and desired outcomes of marketing campaign. Research and develop a marketing strategy and evaluate success strategy.Develop content for marketing campaigns.Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new clients.Create engaging content for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, blogs, and email marketing.Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies including Facebook, Google, Twitter, YouTube & Instagram Posting.Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.Maintain a social media presence across all the company`s social media pages.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 3 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 40 years

Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bengali.
Excellent writing skills in both languages for clear and effective communication.
Strong typing skills with a minimum speed of 30 words per minute.
Detail-oriented and well-organized.

Skill (Must Have):

Proven work experience as a Digital Media Specialist
Proficiency in Photoshop & Illustrator.
Proficiency in SEO.
All social media marketing (Ad Manager)
