Responsibilities & Context:

Handle outbound customer calls with professionalism.
Manage telesales & client communication effectively.
Prepare and maintain daily call reports.
Design creative social media posts, flyers, and digital content for campaigns.
Plan & manage social media marketing
Coordinate with the marketing team to promote services/products online.
Maintain good customer relationship and ensure client satisfaction.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Marketing
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Marketing/Graphics background preferred.

Experience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Overseas Companies, Call Center
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 24 to 30 years

Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English.
Must have proven experience in Graphics Design & Social Media Marketing.
knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar tools.
Experience in digital content creation and ad campaign management will be an advantage.
Previous call center/telesales experience preferred.
