Responsibilities & Context:Assist in identifying and recommending local acquisitions, procurement facilities, and fund utilization strategies that align with the overall objectives of the Pooled Fund.Assist in planning and budgeting of the PFL's annual capacity development activitiesCoordinate with the PFL secretariat to ensure timely and effective logistical arrangements for workshops, meetings, and other programmatic activities.Support and coordinate capacity-building sessions, trainings, workshops, and seminars with partner NGOs in Cox's Bazar, as well as donor meetings, strategic consultations, and stakeholder engagements.Ensure effective vehicle management to support Pooled Fund programmatic implementation in field locations, with accurate tracking and documentation.Coordinate hotel bookings and vehicle arrangements for Pooled Fund Secretariat travel to Cox's Bazar, ensuring logistical efficiency and record-keeping.Maintain accurate records of programmatic/OCD/local procurement activities to ensure effective financial management, proper resource utilisation and reporting requirements.Coordinate logistics and communication support for Pooled Fund monitoring and assessment activities, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder engagement.Assist in maintaining regular and timely communication with the Government Liaison team regarding FD-7 and FD-6 related activities.Facilitate communication and follow-up with partner NGOs and relevant stakeholders to support program implementation and coordination as needed.Assist in drafting monthly expenditure reports and support budget revision processes as needed.Prepare routine correspondence and reference materials; organise data and documentation; and maintain well-structured project records and files.Follow BRAC's safeguarding policies with the highest professionalism in every aspect of the job.Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so.Education Requirements:Master's or equivalent degree in Social Sciences (such as Development Studies, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields) from any govt. approved reputed university.Experience:
  • At least 1 years

Additional Job Requirements:Basic understanding of development/humanitarian programs, budgeting, and procurement processes.Familiarity with logistical coordination, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.Organisational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to draft professional correspondence and maintain structured documentation.Good communication skills in English and Bangla.Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders, including partner NGOs, donors, and internal teams.Adaptive, innovative and have the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently under pressure.Skills & Expertise:Administrative Support,Documentation,Programme Coordination,Project ImplementationCompensation & Other Benefits:
