The IELTS Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing the IELTS program at the learning center. They are responsible for managing the program's teachers, ensuring class quality, enhancing student and teacher performance, evaluating curriculum materials, and collaborating on curriculum development.Responsibilities:
- Assign classes to IELTS program teachers based on their expertise and availability.
- Supervise and evaluate class quality to ensure adherence to standards and objectives.
- Develop strategies to improve student performance and teacher effectiveness.
- Evaluate current curriculum materials and resources, recommending updates or changes as needed.
- Collaborate with teachers and students to design and maintain the academic curriculum, ensuring alignment with program goals and student needs.
- Provide support and guidance to teachers regarding instructional methods, materials, and student engagement techniques.
- Conduct regular meetings with teachers to discuss program progress, address concerns, and provide professional development opportunities.
- Monitor student progress and performance, implementing interventions as necessary to support student success.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and changes in IELTS testing requirements to inform program enhancements.
- Provide 1-1 student consultations if required
- Graduation from any UGC approved university in Bangladesh
- Individuals must have previously appeared in the IELTS examination with a minimum band score of 7.
- Previous experience in managing educational programs will receive priority
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to empathize with students and teachers, understanding their needs and concerns.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability to respond to changing program needs.
