Responsibilities & Context:Project summary: In partnership with Manusher Jonno Foundation (M)F), National Development Programme (NDP) is implementing the "Community based Resilience Women's Empowerment and Action, (CREA) Project" at Belkuchi Upazilla of Sirajganj District with an aim to build resilience towards climate change impacts; build resistance against domestic violence and child marriage; empower vulnerable communities especially women and girls, to address the socio-economic effects of climate change at Sirajganj District.Job Context: National Development Programme (NDP) invites applications from eligible candidates for the mentioned position under “Community based Resilience Women's Empowerment and Action (CREA) project”.Project Duration: 30 June 2026The 5 outcomes of the project are:Service providers both public and local government institutions of Rajapur and Bordhul Unions of Belkuchi Upazilla under Sirajganj district are responsive, and increased access to the quality services of community specially women and girls.Improved resilience of the most vulnerable 14 Char communities of Belkuchi Upazilla to climate change impact.Empowered women and girls of Rajapur and Bordhul Unions are dealing with inequality, social injustice; violence incidences and raised voices.Strong voices and decisions are in place against DVAW and child marriage and reduced the rate of child marriage, SRHR and DVAW in the selected climate vulnerable areas.Increased income & reduced time poverty.Overall Responsibility: To achieve above mentioned outcomes of the project the AAO will be responsible for management of overall financial, accounts and administrative functions of the project office. He/she will be responsible for ensuring logistic support, completing procurement functions and project's financial documents.Specific Duties and Responsibilities:Supporting in financial, Accounts and administrative functions of the project office.Ensuring administrative and logistic support in the project.Preparing, maintaining and updating books of accounts (voucher, cash book, bank book, ledger etc.).Preparing monthly, quarterly, six monthly and annual financial reports (income & expenditure report, Balance sheet, Bank reconcilliation, cash flow etc.).Maintaining the records and documents for audit.Taking initiatives for field staff development, training and other services.Maintaining administrative control of records, Such as commitments and expenditure.Initiating and processing administrative actions, payments, procurement etc.Providing assistance to all staff, manage entitlements and benefits including travel claim, leave etc.Coordinating to develop and maintain congenial atmosphere/team building within the project.Maintaining project staff (personal) filling and data base.Keeping records of project staff attendance and leave.Education Requirements:B.com/M. Com in accounting from any recognized university.Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): NGO

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 40 years

5 years practical experience in development sector off them 5 years in similar position.
