Responsibilities & Context:To plan, coordinate, organize and control of marketing, administration, logistics & others essential sites of the companyTo ensure smooth flow of sales & joint venture Land signing with maximum target & best feasibilityTo manage and administer effectively all the company mattersResponsible for the technical management, supervision & control of site constructions processesMonitoring and analyzing marker trendsMaintain proper customer relationship with potential and existing clientsSupporting and managing a marketing teamMonitor, control and utilization of site materials and worker activitiesTo implement new technology and modern techniques to bring upon continuous improvement of real estate businessEnsure employees/worker smoothly workingAny other job assigned by the Management from time to timeAssist the Management in setting strategic goals, objectives, budgets, policies, and procedures to enhance its market status, profitability and return on investmentConduct a strategic review of performance on a regular basis to determine whether the company is meeting its short-and long-term objectivesSound and solid planning and follow up total production flow and balancing the production lines to ensure optimum capacity utilizationImproving profitability by identifying cost reduction opportunities through Integrated Planning information support and analysisEnsure development of an effective organizational structure and the promotion of a positive internal climateEnsure smooth operation of the factory as well as monitor the whole process from production to shipment of the factoryEnsure achievement of production targets and guide production teams to attain targets for the respective unit within given timeframeControl the day-to-day operations of the production department ensuring that the production plan is adhered to by customer requirementsControl the improvement of production processes & reduce all types of waste by proper planningMonitor, control and utilization of man, machine & material for optimum productivityBusiness developments, meeting with valued clients, directing & monitoring independentlyOwns operational implications of cross-departmental project initiativesRecommend policy changesEnsure the working progress, related problem solving, weekly/monthly meeting with related heads regarding the operation progress & business development activities as well as report to Chairman and Managing Director accordinglyMonitor operational performance and improve existing performancePrepare and monitor budget to achieve goals in line with company goalsEducation Requirements:

Masters

Experience:

10 to 15 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Textile, Group of Companies, Sweater Industry, Spinning, Dyeing Factory

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 40 to 50 years
