Director of Operations

• Strategy Implementation and Target Management: This position is responsible for overseeing the company's overall strategy, setting annual/quarterly operational targets (such as revenue, user growth, and cost control), breaking down these targets into specific business units, tracking progress, and adjusting strategies.
• Business Process Optimization: This position streamlines core business processes (such as production, sales, customer service, and supply chain), identifies efficiency bottlenecks, and promotes process standardization and digital transformation to reduce operating costs.
• Cross-departmental Collaboration: Coordinate the work of marketing, sales, product, technology, finance, and other departments, resolve conflicts during cross-departmental collaboration, ensure efficient resource allocation, and ensure the smooth progress of projects and businesses.
• Team Management and Capacity Building: Build the operations team structure, recruit/develop core operation talent, develop performance appraisal and incentive mechanisms, and enhance the team's overall execution capabilities.
• Data-Driven Decision-Making: Establish an operational data monitoring system (such as user activity, conversion rate, repurchase rate, cost-to-profit ratio, etc.), conduct regular data analysis, identify business issues, and propose optimization solutions to provide a basis for strategic adjustments.
• Risk and cost control: Identify potential risks in operations (such as supply chain disruptions, user churn, and compliance issues) and develop response plans; manage and control operating costs (such as manpower, materials, and marketing expenses) to ensure the return on investment (ROI) meets the target.

• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management

• 5 to 10 years

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Must be self-motivated and dynamic to achieve team sales targets.
• Highly knowledgeable on Coatings Industry, Industrial raw materials and present market.
• Have experience to forecast sales, revenue and budget with proper planning & execution.
• Depth knowledgeable about coating, paint along with related raw materials and products.
