Responsibilities & Context:Job ContextRole of Asst. Officer (Social Welfare) as part of HR & Admin in a RMG industryJob ResponsibilitiesConducting orientation of new workers and staff.Conducting training programs for new workers and staff.Ensuring good housekeeping.Ensuring work place safety.Ensuring company policies are properly communicated to workers and staff.Ensuring proper grievance handling.Ensuring proper counseling to all workers and staff.Ensuring excellent communication between management and workers.Providing support to HR, Admin and Compliance Departments.Any other duty assigned by management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in Human Resource Management

Bachelor degree in any discipline, Bachelor of Arts (BA) in English
PGD in HRM will get preference.

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 35 years
Only Female

Skills Required: must have to strong communication skill, Read English and write
