Responsibilities & Context:Maintain day-to-day business expenses, purchase, sales, account receivables, bank/cash and financial entries.Strong grip in accounting & management software; ability to advise on system development/improvement.Monitor and follow up on customer dues and ensure proper communication with relevant sales team & clients.Handle supplier payments, petty cash, and bank transactions; perform account reconciliations.Approve orders as per company policy and report irregularities to management.Conduct monthly inventory checks to match warehouse stock with inventory.Supervise the Executive - Accounts or supporting colleagues, ensuring work complies with company's financial policies.Support management with financial reporting, due analysis, and operational suggestions.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS)

Experience:

At most 3 years
