Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to short-form content
Create engaging reels, shorts, and video clips for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Monitor performance metrics to evaluate reach and engagement
Collaborate with the creative and marketing team for consistent branding
Stay up-to-date with current trends and platform algorithms
Basic knowledge of content creation tools (e.g. CapCut, Canva, mobile editing apps)
Understanding of social media platforms and their audience engagement patterns
Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
