Responsibilities & Context:Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance systems across all production units.Ensure compliance with buyer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality policies.Supervise in-line, end-line, and final inspection activities to maintain consistent product quality.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective & preventive actions for quality issues.Provide technical guidance and training to QA/QC teams, supervisors, and operators.Collaborate with merchandising, production, and finishing teams to resolve quality concerns.Maintain proper documentation and reports for audits and buyer visits.Lead continuous improvement initiatives related to product quality and customer satisfaction.Education Requirements:B.Sc. in Textile Engineering / Apparel Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering or related field.Experience:
  • 6 to 8 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Additional Job Requirements:Strong knowledge of woven garments quality standards.Familiarity with international buyer quality requirements & compliance protocols.Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Good command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and QA reporting systems.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Compensation & Other Benefits:
