We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our leadership team and strengthen our quality management system.Job ContextThis is a leadership role responsible for managing and overseeing all quality assurance operations in the factory, ensuring compliance with buyer standards, and maintaining zero-defect shipments.Job ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the QA department, ensuring quality standards at every stage of production.Develop and implement QA policies, SOPs, and inspection guidelines to maintain consistent quality.Review samples, patterns, and technical packs to ensure accuracy before production.Conduct quality risk assessments and establish preventive measures to avoid recurring issues.Train and mentor QA and QC teams to achieve operational excellence.Coordinate with production, merchandising, and other departments for continuous quality improvement.Represent the factory during buyer visits, audits, and third-party inspections.Analyze quality data and submit periodic reports to senior management.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Minimum Bachelor's degree (Graduate or equivalent).Experience:
At least 10 years
