• Supervise daily operations of the F&B outlets, ensuring smooth service flow.
• Lead, motivate, and train F&B associates to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and service standards.
• Handle guest complaints professionally and provide quick solutions.
• Assist the Restaurant/Outlet Manager in scheduling, inventory, and cost control.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness and service presentation in all outlets.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for seamless operations.
• Contribute to upselling and revenue generation through effective service.

• Bachelor/Honors

• At least 4 years
