Responsibilities & Context:Drive the expansion of the agent banking network by identifying potential markets and onboarding new agents.Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting banking products and services effectively.Conduct market research and develop strategies to capture new business opportunities.Set and monitor business targets for agents, including account opening, deposit mobilization, and other related activities.Lead, guide, and coach the sales team to meet or exceed business goals.Supervise onboarding of new agents, including due diligence, agreement processing, and other related activities.Ensure service quality through regular visits to agent points and maintain strong relationships.Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and process optimization.Oversee daily operations of agents to ensure smooth and compliant service delivery.Ensure timely reporting in compliance with all regulatory requirements.Continuously monitor for fraud, money laundering, or suspicious activities and implement necessary measures to prevent and mitigate risks.Any other work / responsibility as and when assigned by the supervisor or Management of the Bank.Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
At least 5 years
