Responsibilities & Context:To counsel the workers on general issues like, company rules, regulations, policies, procedures and disciplineEnsure a safe, healthy, and positive work environment for all employees.To counsel the absentee workers and identify the root causeTo make sure monitor workers` facilities (canteen, restroom, drinking water, childcare, medical services) to ensure compliance with labor laws.Conduct regular meetings with WPC and Safety committee to understand and address their concernsTo maintain grievance registers and ensure timely resolution of worker complaintsEnsure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006, Labor Rules (2015), Better Work ILO standards, and buyer COC requirementsConduct training on workplace ethics, gender equality, anti-harassment police & Management training As per compliance requirementTo maintain corresponding data Records/Log/ Registers for different areas of counseling as up to date and submit report to the HR HeadEnsure employee participation in games & sports, social & cultural eventManaging different types of committees & their activityEducation Requirements:

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management
Masters

Experience:

2 to 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments
Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
