The selected candidate will be a key member of Flixza Group's marketing team, working full-time to strengthen the company's digital presence across all business concerns, including real estate, e-commerce, agriculture, automotive, and hospitality. This role is vital for driving online growth, enhancing brand visibility, and supporting strategic business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and other digital platforms.Manage and optimize social media channels, including content creation, engagement, and performance tracking.Perform SEO activities, content optimization, and website analytics to drive organic traffic.Conduct market research to identify trends, audience behavior, and opportunities for digital growth.Prepare performance reports with insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies.Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to maintain brand consistency and execute creative campaigns.Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies to implement innovative strategies.Handle additional marketing-related responsibilities as assigned by management to support company growth.Education Requirements:
- Higher Secondary
- 3 to 5 years
