Responsibilities & Context:Provide overall leadership to school and its staff.Implement school policies and procedure as per education board/government guidelines.Supervise curriculum implementation and teaching standards.Monitor students progress and implement strategies to improve performance.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student performance and school activities.Oversee school budgets and ensure effective use of resources.Supervise maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure.Ensure a clean and healthy environment for both students and teachers in the school.Education Requirements:

Masters
Bachelor of Education (B.Ed)
Master of Education (M.Ed)
Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Bachelor/Honors

Only 1st division in SSC/HSC and 2nd division in BA/Honors/Masters are required to apply.B.Ed/M.Ed Degree is mandatory.Experience:

At least 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): School

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 50 years

Age criteria may be relaxed for highly qualified and experienced candidates.
A minimum 10 years of teaching experience is required, including at least 5 years as a Headmaster in any reputed high school.
