Technical Support Engineer

• Provide professional and friendly support consistently via telephone, electronic help desk, and live chat with outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience. Respond promptly to customer inquiries
• Handle and resolve customer complaints
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
• Process support log, forms.
• Escalate requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Manage customers' accounts
• Record details of inquiries, comments, and complaints
• Record details of actions taken
• Manage administration
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

• At most 1 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

• Age 23 to 35 years

• Hands-on experience in computer LAN setup and troubleshooting.
• Good basic knowledge of IP routing and subnetting.
• Experience in Linux and Windows OS setup and troubleshooting.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
