Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Area Sales Manager (Cables - Trade) to manage sales operations in assigned area. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and strengthening dealer/distributor networks, and ensuring excellent customer relationships. This role requires strong knowledge of cable/electrical product trade sales, leadership ability, and a hands-on approach to driving market growth.Key Responsibilities:Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned area.Develop and expand dealer, distributor, and retailer networks.Build and maintain strong business relationships with dealers, contractors, and key stakeholders.Monitor sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends; report to the Regional/Head Office.Ensure effective implementation of trade promotions, campaigns, and brand visibility programs.Supervise and guide territory officers/sales representatives to achieve targets.Ensure timely collection of receivables and adherence to company trade policy.Conduct regular market visits to track performance and identify new opportunities.Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and forecasts.Any other task as assigned by the management.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Honors
Experience:
  • At least 5 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Electric Wire/Cable
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
Compensation & Other Benefits:
  • T/A,Mobile bill,Tour allowance
