Responsibilities & Context:Project Planning & Management

Develop detailed content and project plans, schedules, and timelines for video production.
Allocate resources effectively (teachers, videographers, editors, studio, etc.).
Track project milestones and ensure on-time delivery.

Team Coordination

Act as the central point of communication between teachers, videographers, editors, studio manager, designers, and marketing/social media teams.
Facilitate smooth collaboration between academic experts and creative teams.
Organize and lead regular check-ins, production meetings, and status updates.

Production Oversight

Supervise the end-to-end video production process-from content creation and filming to editing and publishing.
Ensure academic accuracy, creative quality, and brand consistency in every video.
Implement structured feedback loops to improve each upload.

Quality Assurance & Improvement

Monitor video performance, gather feedback from teachers, students, and marketing teams.
Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and content impact.
Maintain documentation of workflows and best practices.

Collaboration with Leadership

Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the CEO.
Translate leadership vision into actionable project goals.

Education Requirements:

Masters
Bachelor/Honors

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Media Production, or related field (Master's preferred).

Experience:

3 to 8 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, Coaching Center

Additional Job Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) in project management within education, media production, or creative industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with video production processes (storyboarding, filming, editing, publishing).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Monday.com, Jira).
Passion for education and innovation in edtech.

Preferred Skills

Knowledge of SSC & HSC curriculum (NCTB and/or Cambridge) is a strong plus.
Experience managing creative/academic teams.
Understanding of social media and content marketing.
