Responsibilities & Context:Senior Project Manager - Design & Build ProjectsAbout UsZero Inch Interiors Ltd. is a leading design-and-build company specializing in creating ethical, ecological, and emotionally evocative spaces. We are looking for a skilled professional to lead our execution department and ensure the flawless delivery of our projects.Role OverviewAs the Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the site execution team, manage project timelines, ensure quality standards, and coordinate closely with the design team to bring concepts to life. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and hands-on site management expertise.Key Responsibilities

Lead and supervise the execution team on multiple projects.
Ensure work is completed to the highest quality within the planned timeline.
Coordinate between the design team and site execution team to ensure design intent is achieved.
Oversee procurement, material quality checks, and vendor coordination.
Troubleshoot on-site issues and resolve conflicts promptly.
Maintain strict adherence to safety, compliance, and company standards

Education Requirements:

Bachelor/Honors

Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Architecture Firm, Interior Design

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 45 years
Only Male

Proven experience in leading interior fit-out or construction execution teams.
Strong understanding of design drawings, BOQs, and construction details.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of materials, market rates, and quality standards.
