Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary: Seeking the position for Sales and Business Development department of Meridian Holdings a Real Estate Company under the umbrella of Meridian Group. The successful candidate will lead the sales team, develop and execute comprehensive sales and business development strategies, and ensure efficient and effective management of the customer relationship cycle.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear performance targets and conducting regular performance evaluations.Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.Prepare and present accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance assessments to senior management.Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets, projects, and client segments.Conduct detailed market research and feasibility analysis to inform business development strategies.Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, channel partners, and industry influencers.Lead negotiations on high-value contracts and partnerships, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand the professional network and enhance brand visibility.Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to create compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies.Manage and optimize the company`s CRM system to track all sales and business development activities, leads, and client interactions.Ensure the sales team consistently and accurately updates the CRM with client information, sales pipelines, and progress notes.Utilize CRM data to generate reports, analyze sales metrics, and gain actionable insights for decision-making.Oversee the entire customer lifecycle, from initial contact to post-sales service, to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.Develop and implement strategies to nurture existing client relationships and generate referrals.Education Requirements:Bachelor`s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field/MBAExperience:
