Responsibilities & Context:Job Summary : Regular review of buyer's Quality Assurance and Technical manual, identify regular updates & gaps with company's Quality Assurance policies & SOP, share all in concern team, make plan to implement updates & fulfillment of buyer's requirements, take initiatives to proper & on time execution; all actions to be in a view of ensure on time Quality Production, achieve goal by motivating team in Quality At Source & Right at First Time.Job Description:Knowing clearly about buyer's QA guideline of specific buyer and company's QA guideline. Sharing and educating on all QA guidelines in Team.Daily communication with buyer about Production & Inspection.Attending production meeting with related section to secure customer's quality requirements & on time shipment.Conducting monthly audit & making report with CAP and follow-up accordingly.Doing follow-up Minimum Requirement (MR) of buyer during regular floor visit.Giving approval of fabric, all kinds of mockup & trims according to buyer requirements.Making report & data in-put of buyer's daily inspection & internal inspection.Reviewing Size Set report & follow up during production.Ensuring all safety issues such as Snap Attach, Pull Test, Metal Detection, Sharp Tools & Broken Needle, etc.Doing In-line & Pre-Final Inspection and making reports as per buyer requirement.Giving approval of production sample in time to start bulk production as per approved sample.Providing print approval & follow-up to ensure buyer standard.Cooperation to organize training program on MR, buyer's routine and requirements, how to measure, DHU, and product safety, housekeeping, and performance areas, etc.Analyzing data in regular basis on inspection, DHU, Top 3 Defects, etc.Arranging monthly meeting with concern people about Pass & Fail rate and making meeting minutes.Conducting PP meeting, keeping all records and doing follow-up according to PP meeting comments.Giving training to the floor QI about 'HOW TO MEASURE' and 'Defect Identification' during floor visit.Follow-up Daily Production as per schedule for offering final inspection.Monitoring team activities very closely to secure product quality and schedule as per Buyer Requirements.Checking all kinds of sample before sending to the Buyer as samples are made as per Buyer requirements.Reviewing and monitoring First Production to ensure production is doing as per buyer requirements.Combinedly setting section wise monthly and yearly goal on final inspection rate, stop order & customer claim rate, cutting DHU, sewing DHU, finishing DHU, garments rejection rate.Inform clearly to all of section wise goal by notification, meeting, training, etc. with maintaining record.Take initiative for planning and execution to achieve goal with maintaining record.For failure of achievement to goal should make monthly CAP and take initiative accordingly with maintaining record.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Arts (BA)
Master of Arts (MA)

Experience:

At least 5 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Textile

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At least 28 years

Candidate should have experiences for 5 years in QA of Garments Production. Experience in Tesco QA process will get preference.Candidate job location will be at Signboard, PO.
