The facility is planned and designed to meet the local as well as international demand both qualitatively and quantitatively.Job ContextDepartment: Quality Assurance (QA)Job Location: Factory (Dhaka)Job SummaryThe Quality Assurance Executive is responsible for ensuring that all Homoeo, Unani & Herbal products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), regulatory requirements, and company quality standards. The role ensures consistent product quality, documentation accuracy, and regulatory compliance throughout the production process.Job ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & ComplianceEnsure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines specific to Homoeo, Unani & Herbal products.Conduct in-process quality checks during raw material dispensing, production, and packaging.Documentation & Record KeepingPrepare, review, and maintain QA documents including SOPS,Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), Batch Packaging Records (BPR), and test reporting.Maintain change control, deviation, and CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action) records.Product Quality MonitoringConduct sampling of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished products.Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) for testing and release of materials and products.Monitor stability studies for Homoeo, Unani & Herbal formulations.Verify labeling, packaging, and storage compliance.Audits & TrainingAssist in internal audits and prepare for external inspections (regulatory bodies, ISO, GMP).Continuous ImprovementParticipate in root cause analysis for quality deviations.Implement process improvement initiatives to reduce errors and enhance product quality.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm)
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Chemistry
Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry

Bachelor`s/Master`s in Pharmacy, Chemistry from any reputed UniversityExperience:

1 to 2 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Herbal Medicine

Additional Job Requirements:

Age 25 to 30 years
