Responsibilities & Context:Conduct negotiations with landowners for the acquisition of targeted properties, creating mutually beneficial proposals aligned with strategic goals.Perform site visits to assess land viability and conduct thorough feasibility studies, analyzing land attributes, market conditions, and regulatory constraints for informed decision-making.Prepare Master Building Approval documents in compliance with RAJUK Detailed Area Plan (DAP) regulations, and formulate proposals for landowners that meet regulatory and company requirements.Review and verify critical land documents, including CS, SA, RS, BS, and city survey documents, ensuring authenticity and completeness.Collaborate with the logistics department and management to draft Deeds of Agreement (DOA) and Powers of Attorney (POA) required for land transactions.Coordinate with the design department to oversee the progress of drawings and blueprints, securing necessary approvals from landowners.Build and maintain relationships with landowners to support current and future acquisition needs, serving as the primary contact for their inquiries and concerns.Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and real estate trends, using insights to refine business strategies for land acquisition and development.Education Requirements:Graduation in Business StudiesGraduation in any Discipline with MBA in MarketingExperience:
