Responsibilities & Context:The incumbent will be responsible for managing and expanding the sales and marketing operations of garment trims and accessories such as poly bags, gum tape, cartons, and other packaging products. The role involves developing client relationships (especially with RMG factories and buying houses), achieving sales targets, and coordinating with production and customer service teams for timely order execution.Sales & Business Development:Identify and acquire new clients in the garments sector (RMG factories, buying houses, exporters).Promote trims & accessories such as poly bags, gum tape, carton, box, labels, and packaging materials.Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Visit clients regularly to understand their requirements and provide product solutions accordingly.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Marketing & Promotion:Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing strategies to increase market share.Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to identify trends and opportunities.Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and customer meetings for brand promotion.Order Coordination & Execution:Coordinate with production and supply chain teams for timely delivery of products as per client requirements.Follow up with internal departments to ensure on-time dispatch and address any customer complaints.Reporting & Documentation:Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and client visit summaries.Maintain proper documentation of client communication, order history, and follow-ups.Ensure all sales and marketing activities are aligned with company goals.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any relevant field.Experience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments Accessories
Additional Job Requirements:3-6 years of relevant experience in sales & marketing of trims/accessories, especially in poly, gum tape, cartons, or packaging-related items.Experience working with RMG/export-oriented industries is highly preferred.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and under pressure.Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.Good command over MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Knowledge of the garment industry's supply chain and buyer requirements.Skills & Expertise:Negotiation Skills,Strong communication skills.Compensation & Other Benefits:
