Responsibilities & Context:Network Management & Security:Maintain and configure corporate LAN/WAN, including routers (MikroTik, Cisco, Juniper), switches, firewalls, and wireless systems (Ruckus).Manage network services: VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity (liaising with ISPs).Implement and manage security measures: firewalls, antivirus (ESET), and access controls to protect data.Unified Communications & Telephony:Install, configure, and support IP PABX phone systems (inbound/outbound call routing).Set up and troubleshoot IP phones (Cisco, Yealink, etc.) and configure SIP trunks.Hardware & Software Support:Provide hands-on support for all end-user equipment: desktops, laptops (Windows/Mac), printers, and other peripherals.Install and configure operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and business software (Tally ERP, Odoo, Zkteco apps).Specialized System Support:Access Control: Service and support for Aratek and Zkteco biometric (fingerprint/face) systems.CCTV Surveillance: Installation and support for IP camera systems (Dahua/Hikvision mandatory).Audio/Video: Support for video conferencing systems, IP sound systems (e.g., for a radio station), and conference room tech (OPS/IFP devices).Server & Infrastructure Administration:Maintain servers running Windows Server and Ubuntu.Manage mail servers (e.g., Exchange), web servers (cPanel), and databases (Oracle, MySQL).Perform basic data center tasks: cabling, patching, and rack maintenance.Additional Duties:IT Budgeting: Assist with budgeting and market analysis for IT purchases.Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors and service providers.Chinese App Proficiency: Mandatory experience with WeChat, Zoom, VOOV for coordinating meetings.Education Requirements:

Diploma in Computer in Computer Science & Engineering
Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science & Engineering

Experience:

At least 7 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
