These roles are critical to our continued commitment to strong governance, innovation, and sustainable growth in Bangladesh's competitive banking landscape.Job Description:The Deputy CFO will assist the CFO in managing the bank's financial operations, internal controls, and compliance with BB's financial reporting requirements.Responsibilities:

Assist in financial statements, regulatory reports, and annual budget preparation.
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliations, tax compliance, and expense control.
Liaise with internal/external auditors and prepare audit documentation.
Support treasury operations, ALM reporting, and fixed asset management.

Education Requirements:

Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting

ACA/ACMA/MBA in Finance or Accounting.Experience:

3 to 10 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Banks, Share Brokerage/ Securities House

Additional Job Requirements:Minimum 10 years of experience in banking or NBFIs, with at least 3 years in a financial control or deputy-level leadership role.Sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank reporting formats (CAMELS, RWA, CRR/SLR).Strong command of banking software (e.g., Finacle, T24, etc.) and financial automation tools.
