Responsibilities & Context:We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive to support the Project Management Office (PMO) at BYSL Global. The ideal candidate will assist in coordinating cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, maintaining compliance standards, and enabling effective resource and performance management. This role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to facilitate seamless project execution and continuous improvement across departments.Key Responsibilities:Assist in facilitating interdepartmental communication to align BYSL Global's strategic objectives across divisions.Support the scheduling, planning, and documentation of interdepartmental meetings and project status reviews.Coordinate cross-functional project activities to help ensure timely and effective delivery of project milestones.Help oversee adherence to compliance standards across departments by supporting policy implementation and monitoring.Collaborate with stakeholders to assist in the development, review, and finalization of SOPs and project governance policies.Work closely with HR to validate resource requirements and assist in recruitment coordination based on project needs.Support the implementation of performance management systems, including tracking KPIs at sprint, quarterly, and individual levels.Help verify alignment of Quarterly Goals and Sprint Goals across departments to promote cohesive project execution.Monitor ongoing project performance data, assist in identifying risks or bottlenecks, and communicate findings with relevant stakeholders.Provide operational support to identify process improvements and contribute to enhanced project outcomes.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Engineering
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.PSM/CSM, CAPM, or any relevant project management certification is a plus.Experience:
  • At least 3 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): IT Enabled Service, Group of Companies
Additional Job Requirements:Key Qualifications:Basic to intermediate knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.Understanding of compliance requirements and quality management principles.Proficiency in project management software/tools such as ClickUp, MS Project, or similar platforms.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster collaboration and maintain clear, effective communication across teams.Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Experience Requirements:3+ years of experience supporting project management or PMO functions.Prior experience in coordinating cross-functional projects, compliance monitoring, or resource planning.Compensation & Other Benefits:Performance BonusFestival BonusesCompetitive SalaryYearly Salary Review
