- Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients via field visits, referrals, and research.
- Conduct client meetings to present Optilius solutions and close deals.
- Customize proposals based on specific client needs through comprehensive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
- Regularly report field activity, pipelines, and performance metrics.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Graduates from any public university or a renowned private university are preferred.
- At least 1 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
- Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
- Age 23 to 30 years
- Only Male
- Strong strategic knowledge of sales and business development (field/outdoor).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Willingness to conduct outdoor client visits across Dhaka and nearby areas.
- High level of tech literacy with a solid understanding of IT/software products.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
