If you're a go-getter with a deep interest in tech sales and a drive to exceed goals, this is your chance to thrive.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute field sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Identify and qualify prospective clients via field visits, referrals, and research.
  • Conduct client meetings to present Optilius solutions and close deals.
  • Customize proposals based on specific client needs through comprehensive analysis.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
  • Regularly report field activity, pipelines, and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless client onboarding and support.
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Graduates from any public university or a renowned private university are preferred.
Experience:
  • At least 1 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Software Company, IT Enabled Service, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 23 to 30 years
  • Only Male
  • Strong strategic knowledge of sales and business development (field/outdoor).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to conduct outdoor client visits across Dhaka and nearby areas.
  • High level of tech literacy with a solid understanding of IT/software products.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and capable of working independently in a target-driven environment.
