- Operate & manage all the district branch offices at divisional level.
- Regularly visit all district offices under the assigned division.
- Collect timely reports from each branch and submit them to the head office.
- Create business opportunities with different Government and Non-government organizations.
- Making plan to conduct all the responsibilities in all branches.
- Lead any project and manage to operate smoothly in district level under the division.
- Develop and implement the company's long-term strategy and vision to ensure sustainable growth and market leadership.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and alignment with strategic goals, including managing resources and optimizing processes in all branches.
- Drive innovation by guiding product development and technology advancements to stay competitive in the market.
- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, partnerships, and acquisitions to expand the company's market presence and revenue streams.
- Ensure the company adheres to industry regulations and standards, and proactively manage risks to protect the company's assets and reputation.
- Delivered duties and responsibilities in terms of planning and supervising marketing operations in a magnificent manner and contributed in accomplishing the revenue targets.
- Overseeing the entire management of the branches as well as supervising regular activities of Sales & Promotions for local training along with other funded projects.
- Communicate head office instructions clearly and ensure proper execution.
- Resolve any issues of district offices and provide effective guidance.
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
- 5 to 7 years
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes, IT Enabled Service, Educational Technology (Edtech) Startup
- Age 30 to 50 years
