Responsibilities & Context:Prepare and maintain comprehensive MIS reports covering inventory, store, order status, accounts, and finance.Consolidate data from different departments and provide one-stop reporting for senior management.Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of data for management decision-making.Develop and update dashboards and analytical reports for real-time monitoring.Perform variance analysis (budget vs. actual, pre-cost vs. post-cost).Generate periodic reports on stock, order closing, costing, and WIP status.Coordinate with store, production, accounts, and finance teams to collect and validate data.Maintain ERP and Excel-based reporting systems ensuring data integrity.Provide management with at-a-glance reports and insights to support operational and strategic decisions.Any other task assigned by management.Education Requirements:

Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accounting
Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Finance

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, MIS, or relevant field from any reputed university.Experience:

3 to 4 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Group of Companies

Additional Job Requirements:

Age At most 35 years

3 to 4 years of proven experience in MIS, Data Analysis, and Reporting in Garments / Group of Companies.
Strong expertise in Advanced Excel (Vlookup, Pivot Table, Dashboard).
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally, Logic) and Power BI.
Practical knowledge in preparing reports on Inventory, Store, Order, Accounts & Finance.
Strong analytical ability for variance analysis, order closing, and costing.
Excellent presentation and reporting skills.High adaptability, problem-solving mindset, and teamwork spirit.
