Responsibilities & Context:You must have advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets including dynamic formulas, pivot tables, conditional formatting, data validation, and collaborative workflows is essential for the role.Collect and analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can be used to improve business operations and decisions.Coordinate Excel dataset imports/exports between GSheets and Odoo, including mapping, deduplication, and error resolution workflows.Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and track progress toward business goals.Design and streamline reporting workflows, converting raw data into actionable insights for executives and team leads.Support process control, management, and monitoring in areas like Sales, Operations, Employee database management etc.Leverage Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to create and manage customizable dashboards that track KPIs, streamline reporting workflows, and support cross-team decision-making.Lead and support inter-departmental communication, translating technical data requirements into clear, goal-driven reporting structures.Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management Information System
  • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Additional Job Requirements:
  • Age 22 to 28 years
Additional Certifications in Google Analytics, Excel, or related analytical tools is a plus.Additional RequirementsAge 22 to 28 yearsMust have proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (Advanced Excel, Google Sheets).Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo)Ability to interpret large datasets and present findings clearly.Compensation & Other Benefits:
